Spotter CRM

Spotter CRM is an all-in-one CRM for fitness trainers.

We noticed that a key problem for fitness trainers was that they were spending a lot of time on admin tasks, such as managing clients, bookings, and payments.

Oftentimes they had trouble sharing documents and programs, as well as keeping everything organised in one place.

For this reason we are currently in the process of building a custom CRM tailored exactly to the needs of trainers, so that they can put full focus on training their clients, with Spotter CRM taking care of the boring bits.

We will also be building a user-facing app - integrated with Spotter CRM - to allow potential clients to find the right trainer for them, purchase trainers' digital products, track workouts and progress, leave reviews for trainers, and more.

This is all with the goal of (1) allowing trainers to put full focus on training their clients, and (2) encouraging transparency and accountability between the trainer and the client.
